My Facial Routine

My face had been with acne for I think most of the time.

Last 2 months was the worst. Big acne kept popping on my face, and at one time I can count until 15 big acne spot on my face. That was horror. When I went to see the doctor, she gave me an antibiotic & also vitamins. But the acne problem seems don't want to clear off from my face. There's one time, I felt like I don't want to look at the mirror, my self-esteem became lower. And I feel like I don't want to talk to anybody. What a disaster. :(

And then, I start google-ing from the internet to find a solution for my acne problem. Many of them who have acne problems will take accutane that prescribe from skin specialist. But hey! The cost was like RM200/month and they have to continue taking the pills for 6 months. Wow! That was a lot of money consumed. Not to mention the side effects of the medicine. You will suffer dryness skin of the skin & muccus membrane. You can read it more here. 

I decided to read more solution to my acne problem. Then I stumble upon a forum which discuss a lot of solution for acne problems. I think it was maybe LowYat Forum or MalaysianBabes. I can't remember which one. There's a lady, who is her mother is a dermatologist, she done many research about acne problems and she found out that basic facial regime for people with acne problem should use Cetaphil Gentle Cleanser and Pan Oxyl Acne Gel (2.5%) which contained 2.5% of benzoyl peroxide. And she also mentioned if we works in an air-conditioned room, we should apply a moisturizer which will keep our face moist and not oily. So she suggest to use Neutrogena Moisturizer. 

So, I went to the Guardian Pharmacy and search for the item that she suggested. But I only manage to find Cetaphil Gentle Cleanser, and Neutrogena Moisturizer. There is few types of moisturizer that falls under Neutrogena brand. So, I decided to use the Oil Free type. But no Pan Oxyl Acne Gel 2.5% to be found, they only have Oxy 5 and Oxy 10. But I'd read somewhere, Oxy is quit strong so the pimple will still keep coming back if your skin doesn't suit with it. Then I start searching for a substituted, and later on I find that Mycin T3 will show a good result for acne problems. And then I make another trip to the Pharmacy, and bought Mycin T3.

After I had used the 3 items (Cetaphil Gentle Cleanser, Mycin T3 and Neutrogena Oil Free Moisturizer) for nearly 1.5 months, acne at my face had reduced. And now I only have pimples, white head and acne scars. I'm so happy with the results. But still, I have to find a solution to make the acne scars go away. Hahaha.

This are the 3 items that I used to treat my acne problems. So, maybe you out there have a problem like me, do give it a try. :)

How did I did my facial routine:-
1. Cetaphil Gentle Cleanser - Use it every time you take your shower (2x a day, morning & evening).
2. Mycin T3 - Use it after Cetaphil Gentle Cleanser (2x a day, morning & evening).
3. Neutrogena Oil Free Moisturizer - Use it after you apply Mycin T3, make sure your face had absorb Mycin T3 (I only apply it on the morning, before going to work).

I had one sweet dream

I had forgotten when was the last time I had a dream while sleeping. But last night, I had one sweet dream. 
It was so romantic and until now, I can't stop smiling. The dream had remind me about the love that me and my hubby gone through when we're not married yet. Wow, I love that feeling. It makes me feel good. :)


The dream was about me, I haven't married to my hubby yet that time. I met a handsome guy in this dream, he said that he likes me. I can't remember his face. So, just let him be as my hubby :)
Susah pulak nak story dlm English, so me story dalam BM saje lah ye.

Dlm mimpi tu, me belum kawen & terjumpa one guy ni, muka mmg tak cam lah tp rasa cam hensem jugak… hehehe… pastu kan, dlm mimpi tu me kurus seyyyy… hahahhaa… tak tau camane boleh terjumpa dia, dia cakap dia suka kat me, nak kenal & nak kawan dengan me… 

Then one day tu, me terkantoi kan dia ada gf lain dlm mimpi. Tp bila dia dpt tau yg me tau dia ada gf lain, terus dia clash ngan gf dia tu.

Then dlm mimpi tu lagi, dia ajak me pegi umah family dia, kenalkan dgn mak ayah dia & adik beradik dia la kiranya. Pastu dia ajak me gi kat balcony umah dia. Kunun nak confess love la.. hahaha.. hak tuih… :) Sementara nak sampai ke balcony tu, dia bawak me jln kat kawasan rumah dia (bhgn dlm rumah la), rumah dia besar sungguh, siap ada gym bagai dlm tu… huhuhu…

Sampai kat balcony, masyaAllah… cantik sgt pemandangan… rumah dia kat tepi laut, boleh nmpk ada yacht kat tepi pantai berlabuh, mmg cantik sgt… me pun kluarkan la kamera, kunun nak amek gambar… tp end-up me bergambar berdua je dgn dia… dlm mimpi tu sbnrnya me nak tanya dia, dia suka kat me ke? kalu suka kenapa? Tapi tetiba adik beradik dia dtg kat balcony pulak, so dia ajak me pegi tmpt lain… x sempat la me nak tanya… hehehe...

The next day (still dlm mimpi yg sama lg), me ada kat rumah dia… kali ni sempat salam mak ayah dia smua, pastu kiteorg off pegi kat balcony tu lagi… syok sgt rasa… kelakar pun ada… hahaha… what a romantic moment time kat balcony tu… tp me x ingat ape lah… Cuma ingat time tu sgt romantic… ohh… sgt syok rasanya… hehehe… sampai situ jelah mimpi yg me ingat… bile terjaga, ingat itu je… Me rasa time tu, nak sambung tido & biar mimpi tu bersambung semula... hehehe.. :)

Td pagi me sempat citer kat hubby, tp me xde la cakap yg me bayangkan muka dia dlm mimpi tu… Cuma me  cakap x kenal je lelaki tu…

Pastu nak tau hubby tanya ape “abes tu kawen tak dgn dia?” hahahaha

Soalan ape daaaa…. 

Tapi lepas me mimpi camtu, me rasa syok sgt. Me duk berangan yg dlm mimpi tu hubby. Hahaha..

Tetiba rindu kat dia pulak... hehehehe... Me rasa sayang sgt kat hubby. :)

Haven't been updating for a while. I really look forward to update my blog seldom, but when I start to write, there goes my blank idea. Hampeh betul. When the time I'm not in front of my PC, the idea came in bertubi-tubi. But then it goes don't know where. Huhuhu.

     Don't wear low rise jeans if you have fat rolls that are literally rolling over the top of the waist line. Look for jeans that are wide leg, boot cut or straight leg but stay away from the skinny jean. Plus nothing looks cuter with a cute pair of boots or heals than wide leg jeans!

     Don't concentrate on size. If you normally wear a 16 but a particular outfit puts you in size 18, don't squeeze into a 16 just because you are convinced you should be in a 16. You'll just end up being uncomfortable and trust me ladies...the fat will be exploding out of those jeans making you look really ridiculous. If size really bothers you, cut the tag off when you get home!

     Stop trying to dress like a skinny chick. Halter tops that tie around the neck are for skinny girls. Don't show off your back fat or your bird winged arms; it's not attractive no matter what your "best friend" tells you. Winter is coming and long sleeves are your friend. Wear shirts that go down just past the waist. It will help cover up a lot of "bulges" and with the correct fit, it can actually shape your form a little and make it more curvy rather than bumpy. You might even try one of those body shapers to smooth things out a bit.

     Accessories can be the perfect addition to turn blah into cool! Chunky necklaces, fun colored purses or a gorgeous bracelet can jazz up an outfit that would normally appear dull.

Jom engok ayang-ayang

Hahaha.. tajuk cam hape je kan, confirm ramai x paham :p

Sebenarnya tu bunyi kalau Damia yg cakap, so bunyi yg betulnya Jom tengok Layang-layang... Hehehe...

Hari Sabtu lepas, saya pergi tgk layang2 dekat Bukit Layang-layang, Pasir Gudang. Bawak anak-anak saya sebab dah berjanji dari awal pesta tu start mmg nak bawak diaorg. Festival Layang-layang ni merupakan acara  tahunan yg dianjurkan oleh Majlis Perbandaran Pasir Gudang. Last year diaorg tukar venue acara ni kat Bandar Dato' Onn, tapi dengar-dengarnya tak dapat sambutan sangat. Maybe sebab tu tahun ni dia buat semula kat tempat lamanya, Bukit Layang-layang. Memang happening sangat. Saya sampai sana dah petang, dalam pukul 4.30 jugak. Tapi org masih ramai gila, macam yg saya cakap kat entry lepas, parking was the MAJOR problem. Susah nak dapat parking, last2 parking jauh sikit pastu nak pergi sana kena langkah longkang besar, nasib baik ada org pandai buat titi kat longkang tu maka saya pun tak perlu la utk melangkah besar2... huhuhuhu....

Anak-anak saya excited tgk layang-layang sebesar 2x ganda size JCB. Byk kedai jual layang-layang, anak bujang saya apa lagi, harusla merengek mintak belikan layang-layang. Selagi tak dibeli, selagi tu la cakap & tarik muka masam. Haihhh, potong stim betul. Malas nak dengar rengekan yg boleh menaikkan temperature saya, jadik saya pun belikan la jugak. Tapi, bila bawak balik, besi melintang yg sepatutnya dipasang pada layang2 tu takde, mungkin tercicir masa bawak benda tu ke hulu ke hilir gaknya. Takde rezeki la Danish nak main layang2... Huhuhu...

Org mmg ramai sgt kat situ, saya tak sempat nak jengah2 segala aneka barang jualan. Sempat jenguk tempat jual layang-layang & gerai jual air je. Tu pun sebab anak2 dah kehausan. Al-maklum cuaca panas. Anak dara saya pun mula la buat perangai, nak mintak dukung memanjang. Patah pinggang.

Saya tak lama sangat dekat situ, pukul 6.30pm saya dah gerak balik. Lepas en.abg saya puas hati snap gambar layang2 beratus kali, dia pun ajak balik. Anak-anak saya ajak pergi Jucso pulak. Oklah, kat situ pun lama2 diaorg boring. Org ramai sangat, takut anak-anak hilang dari pandangan jadik cepat2 la kitaorg beredar dari situ.

Few pics yg saya ambik guna henpon, selebihnya ada kat PC rumah. Belum sempat nak copy masuk pendrive lagi.

Dah rasa cam bukan layang-layang, tp rasa cam belon raksasa terbang kat atas tu... hahaha...

Layang-layang Upin Ipin pun ada, tu kat belah kanan sekali :)

Harusla ada gambo berdua kan, tp biasalah kalau dah nama amek sendiri, upper position je lah yg nampak... :D

Nampak tak budak perempuan kecik tu muka masam, dia merajuk sebab tak dapat kamera yg abg dia tengah pegang. Bila merajuk dia pusingkan badan, takmo cakap dgn org. Tapi yg ni dia tetap tgk jugak konon nak mintak simpati ngan mommy dia lah... :)

Bila orang tak layan dia punya permintaan, bermula la lagu sentimental keluar dari mulut dia. Nangis la sekuat-kuat hati... tapi takde org dgr sbb kat situ pun mmg dah bising dengan bunyi speaker diaorg pasang lagu-laguan. hehehehe...

Bila ayah dia dah malas nak dengar anak dara dia merengek, ayahnya pun mintak kamera pada si abg. Abg tak byk cakap, terus je bagi dekat ayah. Abg mmg selalu mengalah kat adik dia. Baik abg, tapi selalu jugak mendengki adik dia. Huhuhu...

Haaaaa... kan dah dpt kamera, puas hati ok. Sekarang saya nak tangkap gambar. Hahahaha...

Nmpk tak mata dia sebelah tu cam org tak puas hati?  Hehehehe...

Itu je lah cerita saya buat masa sekarang. Next time saya upload gambo dr kamera en.hubby saya pulak. :)

Gambar ni dah lama terperam kat dalam PC mommy. Kira back dated la kan, sbbnya Danish pun dah masuk darjah 1 (masuk 2bln lebih). This pics was taken before his graduation day from Smart Reader Kids Tmn Bukit Tiram on December last year. Teacher dia bawak amek gambar kat studio, which were just besides his kindy.

I haven't blog about his graduation day, will do it someday. But don't know when. Tehehehe. :-p

Time flies really fast, diam tak diam Danish dah nak masuk umur 7 tahun, bulan Oktober nnt.

Dear Blog,

Sorry for not updating frequently. I'm not feeling well for the past few weeks.
Until today, I'm still not fully recovered from flu & cough. My voice also turns to someone else, not mine. Huhuhu...

I'm still here, menjalani kehidupan seperti biasa. Pagi pergi kerja, petang balik, malam tido. Pagi kerja, petang balik, malam tido... Berterusan tak tau sampai bila. Konon nak berhenti kerja lepas dapat bonus, tapi masih belum berani lagi. Hmmm... tak tau lah nak kerja sampai umur berapa, tapi tak mungkin sampai pencen ya.

Cuti Maulud Nabi 2 hari lepas, ada sedikit kejadian berlaku di rumah saya.
Bukanlah kejadian yg tak diingini.. Tapi, adik saya yg perempuan tu, sah la menjadik tunangan orang.
Majlis sempoi sgt, tiada berbalas dulang. Hanya hantar cincin sahaja. Al-maklum, adik saya pun bukan anak dara, tapi Ms J namanya. Hehehe.
Tapi mungkin pihak lelaki malu datang dengan tangan kosong, jadi dibawaknya buah sebakul dan sebiji kek. Kek tu masih ada lagi dalam peti ais dan belum potong. Entah tak tau sapa yg bakal potong cake tu nnt. Mungkin saya, mungkin mak saya, mungkin adik saya. Dah.. cukup-cukup saya melalut.
Jadi bagi pihak adik saya pulak, kami membalasnya dgn sebijik hamper besar yg saya simpan utk kawan saya tapi beliau tak datang2 ke rumah utk mengambilnya sejak dari hari raya aidilfitri thn lepas. Maka mama saya kata, "Along, hamper ni balas kat diaorg, simpan lama2 pun bukan kawan kau datang ambik". Kata2 mama saya disokong pula oleh makcik2 saya yg lain.
Baiklah mama, bagilah kat diaorg. Hahaha...
Tapi mmg seblm tu kawan saya tu dah suruh bukak je. Cuma saya tak bukak hamper tersebut sebab malas. :)
Ok, berbalik kepada cerita adik saya tadi. Hmmm... majlisnya mungkin bulan 11, tarikhnya akan dibincangkan kemudian. Bagus adik saya akan berkahwin sekali lagi. Tak rimas saya tgk dia kat rumah tu kejap ada, kejap takde. Macam biskut pun iye.
Mudah-mudahan, perkahwninan dia kali kedua ni nnt akan kekal sampai akhir hayat beliau. :)

Cerita lain, Festival Layang-layang dekat Pasir Gudang dah start. Planning nak pergi sana hari Sabtu, lepas Danish balik dari sekolah agama. Maknanya petang lah tu. Hari Sabtu ni Danish sekolah, utk menggantikan cuti masa Tahun Baru Cina haritu. Jadik kena la tunggu anak bujang saya tu balik dari sekolah, baru la bole ke sana. Saya dengar radio pagi tadi, festival tu nak buat Malaysia Book Of Record utk terbangkan 3000 wau hari Sabtu ini. WOW!! Sesuatu yg mesti dilihat. Macam mana agaknya diaorg nak terbangkan 3000 wau serentak? Tak dpt nak dibayangkan. Kena pergi tgk sendiri. Hehehe...
Setahun sekali je festival tu. Mintak2 tak hujan la hari Sabtu ni. Kalau hujan, punah rancangan kami nak tgk 3000 wau. Mintak2 parking kereta juga menyebelahi kami. Tau2 je lah kalau dah namanya Pesta Layang2, seluruh pelosok orang dalam Johor ni mesti nak pergi. Parking mmg masalah utama. Dah la masalah, ambik kesempatan kutip duit parking lagi. Sebelum2 ni, kalau takde festival layang2, mana pernah org Majlis kutip duit parking. Hampeh betul. Betul2 mengambil kesempatan utk buat duit dgn senang. Huhuhu. Tapi nak buat macam mana, haruslah terima dgn redha walau hati kata tak patut. :(

Baiklah, saya kena pen-off dulu. Kejap lagi ada lion dance kat opis nih. Haruslah tgk singa menari dan dgr gendang diaorg yg membingitkan telinga tu. Macam mana pemain2 gendang tu boleh tahan dgn bunyi tu eh? Maybe telinga diaorg dah immune dgn bunyi gendang tu kot.
Every year mmg ada dlm kalendar company, lion dance Tahun Baru Cina. So, selagi saya kerja sini. Selagi tu lah saya akan tgk lion2 tu menari tetiap tahun. :)

oklah, seblm saya merepek lebih lanjut. Saya berhenti di sini dulu. Tak tau bila saya akan sambung menulis. Hehehe. :)

Owh, I feel so happy. Since the company announced it yesterday. :)

Sebelum naik sekolah haritu company dah bagi 1 month advance bonus, then yesterday the company announced for additional 2 months. So, total up bonus for last year is 3 months. Syiokkkkkkk!!! hehehe
Even though my salary is not so big, but at least I have it. Hehehe..

Nak buat apa ye. Hmmm... simpan sikit, shopping sikit, treat for me & the family sikit and of course, invest in my little business. :)

Hopefully we will get it before the Chinese New Year Holiday.
